Kaleidoscope Data Privacy Consultants Limited is established in Dublin, Ireland for the purpose of providing Data Protection Representative services to clients based in third countries (outside the EEA) who are caught by EU GDPR article 3(2) and consequently have a duty to appoint a Data Protection Representative to comply with EU GDPR article 27.
Kaleidoscope Consultants operates under the mandate of our clients (see clients) and, to the extent that any personal data is processed in fulfilling these services, is the controller for those data, as we determine the purpose and manner of processing to satisfy our mandated and statutory duties.
